1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using App3DShot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

App3DShot provides templates and editing tools for creating 3D app mockups, screenshots, animations, and videos. These assets are meant to be used for marketing, app store listings, and promotional purposes.

3. Strict Content Policy & Prohibited Uses

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, exploitation, and illegal activity. You agree not to upload, design, create, render, or export any content that:

  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains adult content: This includes mockups, text, or graphics depicting nudity, sexual acts, or adult services.
  • Is illegal or promotes illegal activities: Any content that violates local, state, federal, or international laws, including copyright infringement, trademark violations, or piracy.
  • Depicts violence, harassment, or hate speech: Any content that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or incites violence against individuals or groups.
  • Exploits children: Any content related to or depicting the exploitation or abuse of minors.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the assets you upload. However, by uploading content, you warrant that you have the legal right and permission to use those assets. App3DShot does not claim ownership over user-created designs.

5. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and delete any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any portion of these Terms of Service, specifically the Content Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. App3DShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which App3DShot operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
